Dr. Gene Cullan is a senior partner of Cullan & Cullan, M.D., J.D. He has over 20 years of trial experience and the unique distinction of also having a doctoral degree in Anatomy from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. Dr. Gene Cullan first received his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology, and then went on to earn Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Anatomy. After receiving his Doctorate, Dr. Cullan worked for several years at his alma mater as a member of the medical faculty at the University of Nebraska Medical School.

He completed his law degree at the Creighton University School of Law in 1987. He was then selected to Clerk for the Honorable Donald E. O’Brien, Chief Judge, United States District Court Northern District of Iowa. He served Judge O’Brien for two years before beginning private practice in 1990. From 2002 To 2003, Dr. Cullan served as a part-time Judge Pro Tem in the Superior Court of Maricopa County. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa.

In addition to his dedication to nursing home abuse and neglect cases, Dr. Cullan handles other catastrophic injuries which resulted from semi-truck and automobile wrecks, obstetrical malpractice or birth injuries, and other types of medical malpractice. Dr. Cullan has advanced training in automobile accident and semi-truck accident reconstruction. He is dedicated to continuing scientific and legal education in order to better serve his clients.
