Virginia L. Cullan

Virginia L. Cullan is the business manager at Cullan & Cullan. She is also an attorney with over 25 years’ experience in a variety of legal fields including Workers’ Compensation, automobile and semi-truck accidents, and birth injury law, among others.

Education and Professional Experience

Ms. Cullan began her education at the University of Wyoming where she graduated with Honors in Education. She then went on to receive her law degree in 1983 from the Creighton University School of Law. During her time as a law student, she worked as a clerk for the Cullan & Cullan firm in Omaha, Nebraska.

After law school, Ms. Cullan spent eleven years in charge of the Workers’ Compensation Division of her brothers’ firm. During this time, she worked on a wide range of cases which resulted in recoveries in excess of a million dollars. She is currently licensed to practice law in Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska.

Ms. Cullan is dedicated to public service and has spent thousands of hours volunteering or performing pro bono work for many individuals and non-profit organizations. She has helped several couples in their effort to adopt children from foreign countries. She has also worked with groups such as Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, the Multiple Sclerosis Society, and Catholic Social Services.
