Dr. Pat Cullan is a medical doctor and nationally acclaimed trial lawyer. Pat graduated from the University of Santa Clara, Magnum Cum Laude, from the University of San Diego College of Law with cum laude and from the Royal College of Surgeons Medical School cum laude.

Pat has tried numerous medical negligence cases and other catastrophic injury cases. Pat’s record accomplishments include a 6.67million dollar verdict in a case that he tried with his father, Dan Cullan M.D., J.D., related to severe injuries caused by a defective swimming pool, a 4 million dollar verdict, (following a zero offer from the defense) on a wrongful death case related to the wrongful death in a colon cancer case, a 1.58 settlement for birth injuries related to negligent induction as well as many other verdicts and settlements in excess of one million dollars.

Dr. Pat Cullan is licensed to practice law in California and Nebraska. He has received many honors which include being asked to speak before the Inner Circle of Advocates. Pat has been named among the top 100 lawyers in Nebraska and as one of the top 40 lawyer in the United States under the age of 40.
